Stéphane, originally from Switzerland, is a qualified baker, pastry chef and chef who has been in the hospitality industry for over 25 years. It was his love of the precise science in combination with the necessary artistic flair of artisanal baking that led him to open his own online bakery in his new home, Australia. Having grown up surrounded by European pastries, he noticed a gap in our Australian market and decided to bring the delightful and delicate baked goods down under. He further noticed that he couldn’t find any all natural, organic baked goods here, so asked his wife to help him create healthy alternatives to the usual additive filled items that regularly adorn the shelves.
When it comes to ingredients, we believe it should be as nature intended. Blending those elements to create masterpieces but never straying from good, wholesome ingredients. All of our components are completely natural and organic (most certified with their respective brand). This means there are no pesticides, herbicides or genetic modifications in any of the growing, processing or packaging of the individual ingredients. You also won’t find any artificial colours, flavours or additives of any kind in any of our creations and being avid animal lovers means when we purchase eggs or dairy products those animals have to be free range, organic and leading rich, fulfilling lives by farmers that truly have their welfare at heart. Last, but by no means least, looking after this beautiful planet we call home is so vital that we made sure all of our packaging (even down to the ink) and marketing materials are biodegradable and compostable.
