Our delivery day is Tuesday and we deliver as close as Waterford and as far as Mt Gravatt. To see if you are in our Delivery zone, please see below.

NEW DELIVERY OPTION DURING THE PANDEMIC

If you would prefer a ‘contactless’ delivery, simply write ‘Authority to Leave’ and instructions on where you would like it left in your notes section of your order and we will drop off your order without knocking on your door. You will receive a text message/phone call to let you know your order has been delivered.

We strive to accommodate as many households as we can and have allocated a delivery area of 10km (radius) at this present time, however, as our business grows, our delivery areas may expand. We ask that if delivery is something you are interested in and you aren’t in our current delivery zone, please fill out the form below and we will let you know when your area becomes included. 

Our deliveries occur on Tuesdays. We have two time slots available. We don’t deliver outside of these days or times. We also organise our delivery route based on your address, so whilst you can choose a time slot, you can’t choose a specific time within the designated time slot. Our delivery driver will get there as soon as they can.

 Please see above for new ‘authority to leave option’. Otherwise, If you choose delivery with your order, there must be someone home to accept the delivery. Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, they cannot be left at your front door. If no one is home to accept your order, your order will be brought back to our business and stored appropriately. Customers will have until close of business to organise pick up of their order.  If you don’t arrange a pick up of your order by close of business, your order will be placed in the waste. Unfortunately, this means no refunds or re-deliveries are available.

Delivery time slots are limited. If your required date is no longer available, it means that the deliveries are fully booked for that day.
