This organic country sourdough cob is made with traditional 100% levain (no added yeast) & incorporates UB organic bread & stoneground, wholegrain flour. It is beautifully crusty on the outside and soft, with a subtle sour hint on the inside. Yum!

Ingredients:  Organic Unbleached Bread Flour*,  Organic Stoneground Wholegrain Flour*, Organic Levain ( Organic Unbleached Bread Flour (50%)*, Organic Stoneground Wholegrain Flour (50%)*, Water), Salt, Filtered Water. – *Australian Certified Organic

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Once opened, store in an airtight container. Can be frozen for up to 6 months. As heat and humidity can cause mould to form, you can store the loaf in the fridge during warmer weather (although this will make it become stale quicker). To keep pre-cut slices or freshly made sandwiches fresh, simply wrap in a damp (not wringing wet) paper towel.
