*Our Madeleines don’t contain any nasties! No preservatives, no additives, no artificial colours or artificial flavourings. They should last up to 3 days in an airtight container, in a cool, dry place at room temperature. As heat & humidity can cause mould to form, you can store it in the fridge during warmer weather (although this will make them become dry).
